You are responsible for every action taken under your login, so any suspected unauthorised use should be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits, wagering, and withdrawals

Funds must originate from a payment method held in your own name, and CosmoBet may request evidence of source of funds before processing certain transactions.

Withdrawals are released once identity checks are complete and any open wagering requirements have been met; payouts follow the licensing standards of the Curacao Gaming Control Board.

Bonuses and promotional offers

Promotions carry their own qualifying rules, wagering multipliers, and expiry windows, all of which are published alongside each offer and form part of these terms.

Attempting to exploit a bonus through duplicate accounts, collusion, or irregular play may lead to the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Availability, liability, and disputes

CosmoBet may suspend or restrict the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
